Road to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. You will receive dedicated, personalized training and support to acquire the foundational skills needed to build, grow, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities Build and manage client relationships while guiding them with advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions offered by Bank of America and Merrill. Apply a consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products. Deliver comprehensive advice, client reviews, and presentations with confidence. Complete required licensing within 30 days of hire (SIE) and 120 days for Series 7 & 66. Maintain SAFE Act registration and related background checks as required. Qualifications Aptitude and self‑discipline to obtain required industry licenses. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, and results‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent (minimum education requirement). Desired: Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and/or one year of financial services or sales experience. Desired: Bachelor’s degree, strong business acumen, and executive presence. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays (1st shift). Hours: 40 per week. Compensation: Base salary only, $28.85 – $33.65 hourly pay depending on experience, education, and skill set. No incentive eligibility.
