Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative role based in Pasadena, TX starting at $17/hr. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person to provide product and service information, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain customer accounts by recording relevant details. Additional tasks include supporting sales operations, order processing, product sourcing, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
