Downtown Women’s Center seeks a Registered Nurse to support residents with chronic health challenges, coordinating care, providing medication support, and promoting self-management of conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and hypertension. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care and collaboration with program staff and physicians. The RN will assess, coordinate, and document health services, participate in weekly case consultations, and provide monthly reports to program #J-18808-Ljbffr Downtown Women's Center
