Whether you bring sales experience or transferable experience from construction, property management, building materials, or another customer-facing industry, we're interested in people with the drive and ability to succeed.

• $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation $55,000 fixed compensation + $15,000 guaranteed minimum commission

What You'll Do

• Develop new business within an assigned territory
• Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
• Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers
• Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs
• Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business
• Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue
• Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
• Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred
• High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
