Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist for an open position at between the VA home in Jennings, LA We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

Synergy Care offers an excellent benefits package including above average salaries, 14 paid days off, 3 sick days, medical/dental/vision insurance, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401K, and CEU's.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
