About the Position

# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** August 2026**Location:** North Texas**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, rotating weekends, 36-48 guaranteed hours per week**Highlights:**- 13-week assignment in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU/MSICU)- Advanced ICU procedures including central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, and intubations- State-of-the-art equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE Cardiac Output monitors- Meditech electronic documentation system- Patient assignments based on acuity and clinical skill level- No on-call requirement**Requirements:**- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital ICU experience required- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required- CCRN certification preferred- MICU/MSICU patient care experience required- Meditech experience preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This role offers experienced ICU nurses the opportunity to practice at the top of their license in a fast-paced critical care environment.
