Lead Doctor

In this role you will take on a high volume clinic as it is your own and will be the managing practitioner and provide medical leadership for the practice. The incumbent will handle all medical cases including surgeries and will in conjunction with staff providing client communication and education. This is a very busy, high volume practice in a low to middle income family oriented neighborhood animal hospital. The incumbent will have the opportunity to establish and increase their own clientele as well as the culture of the practice. Due to high volume and high revenue potential, the incumbent has an opportunity to earn a very attractive income. The practice is well known in the area. The practice offers medical insurance, paid time off, continuing education, local organization membership and dues and will be offering a 401K in the near future.

Qualifications: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious veterinarian who will embrace the clinic as their own. Must have good medical/surgical skills and provide excellent clients communication skills. We are looking for someone who is energetic and capable of seeing a large number of clients on a daily basis. Must be able to work well with a small close knit staff. Spanish language speaking skills is a plus but not mandatory. Someone who is friendly, ambitious and enthusiastic and values quality care and making lasting client connections will be best suited for this role. The hospital staff is made up of technicians, receptionists and the practice manager.
