Junior Creative Designer

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the part-time Junior Creative Designer will design high-quality PowerPoint presentations, assist in video creation and editing, and transform business updates into compelling visual storytelling assets while collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences Assist in the creation and editing of marketing and internal-facing videos, including storyboarding and motion graphics support Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to translate messaging needs into creative deliverables Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or marketing creative roles (internships included) Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with an eye for layout, typography, and storytelling Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro) or similar tools Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content
