Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic computer skills required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Experience Requirements No previous experience required Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, production, assembly, or customer service environments is a plus Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment is beneficial Preferred Qualifications Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with tools and equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools Comfortable performing hands-on production and warehouse tasks Ability to move and organize inventory materials as needed Job Duties Assemble and manufacture industrial hose products to customer specifications Operate saws, hose crimping machines, and related production equipment Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory Process incoming materials and enter inventory information into computer systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives Support shipping and receiving operations Make local deliveries and operate forklifts as needed Assist customers with product inquiries, order support, and counter sales Learn to support customers by phone and email and assist with quoting and order processing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
