In-Store Sales Associate

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. | Mesa, AZ In-Store Sales Associate Job Code: req29669 Responsibilities Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments. Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store. Conduct warehouse duties, moving cylinders for customers as needed. Provide sales support to the outside sales team. Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs. Promote add‑on sales of gases and high‑margin accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in‑store sales representative. Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing. Perform outbound calls to retail and small‑business customers. Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. More than one year of customer service, inside sales, or counter sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. No DUI/DWI or other alcohol‑related convictions in the last ten years.
