We are seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Event Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving venue sales, building meaningful client relationships, and creating an exceptional experience from the first inquiry through the booking process. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a strong sales mindset, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via email, phone, Zola, WeddingPro, and other lead-generation platforms.
• Conduct engaging venue tours and consultations, showcasing the venue's features, packages, and event capabilities.
• Build rapport with prospective clients, identify their needs, and confidently guide them through the sales process.
• Prepare and send proposals, pricing information, contracts, and follow-up communications.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through signed contract and booking confirmation.
• Proactively follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed events.
• Maintain accurate lead records, client communications, and booking information within Perfect Venue.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients following booking to support a seamless transition into the planning process.
• Deliver thoughtful, personalized service that reflects Eden Events' commitment to generosity and hospitality.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for sales-related questions and coordinate handoffs to the appropriate event management team.
• Cultivate positive relationships with wedding professionals, vendors, and other industry partners to encourage referrals and generate new business.

Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and contribute to Eden Events' social media presence, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns, open houses, and other initiatives designed to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor engagement and lead sources to help identify effective marketing strategies.

Reporting & Business Development

• Track and report on inquiries, tours, conversion rates, confirmed bookings, and sales performance.
• Maintain organized and accurate sales reports and CRM records.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion, increase revenue, and strengthen the overall sales process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to help keep Eden Events competitive.
• Consistently work toward established sales goals and contribute to the venue's continued growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in event venue sales, wedding sales, hospitality sales, or a related client-facing sales role.
• Proficiency with Perfect Venue is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
• A proactive, self-motivated work style with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, generosity, and creating exceptional client experiences.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate pricing and close sales.
• Comfort using social media platforms and creating engaging content for business marketing.
• Ability to interpret sales data, maintain accurate reports, and work toward measurable goals.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings or weekends for venue tours, open houses, and client appointments as needed.
