Job Overview for Forklift Operators:
The Lee Group is looking for a Forklift Operators to work for a valued client in Suffolk, Virginia. We are seeking knowledgeable, detail-oriented and intuitive Forklift Operators to join our team. If you are passionate about material handling, maintaining inventory and ensuring a smooth flow of production, we want to hear from you!

Requirements of the Forklift Operator:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Have a valid forklift certification
• 2+ years of forklift experience
• Safely operate forklift to move materials, finished products, and supplies
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using the forklift, ensuring proper weight
distribution and secure stacking
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
• Ability to work without a forklift, at times assisting in the loading and unloading of trucks
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
