Our established Allstate agency is growing, and we're looking for an experienced insurance producer who knows that success comes from consistent activity, relentless follow-up, and strong closing skills—not luck.
If you've worked in an Allstate agency and have experience using Lead Manager, you'll have a significant advantage from day one.
This is not an entry-level position, and it isn't a customer service role. It's an opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys working the phone, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.

You'll begin with access to an established Lead Manager database containing 2,000+ prospects that has been built through years of marketing investment. Your job is to consistently work that pipeline, uncover opportunities, and close business through disciplined outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities
• Sell Auto, Umbrella, Renters, Boat, Motorcycle and Life insurance.
• Work an established database of prospects through outbound calling, texting, emailing, and consistent follow-up.
• Build trust with prospective customers and recommend the right coverage for their needs.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Lead Manager.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
• Take ownership of your results while working independently in a fully remote environment.
