Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center. As a Social Worker, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to our residents, including those with physical and cognitive impairments.
