Job Description ABS is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representative and Managers to join our team in Canton & Novi, MI. ABS has partnered with one of the largest Renewable Energy companies in the country as well as Home Depot, which is one of the largest retailers in the country for this opportunity. “Compensation is performance-based. Successful reps typically earn $1,000–$2,000 per week based on completed appointments.” This position will be a RETAIL position at Home Depot locations throughout Canton & Novi, MI. In this vital role, you will work with Home Depot customers to promote, and schedule interested customers. Those who inquire about saving money on their electricity bill by going solar will be approached and educated. Your primary focus will be to approach customers and educate them on some of the benefits of Solar and peak their interest enough to learn more about this program for the sales team to schedule a visit. As a representative of ABS, you will make a direct impact in helping customers transition to sustainable energy solutions that benefit both their homes and the environment. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in retail environments to provide education and promote the benefits of renewable energy solutions. Generate leads and schedule interested customers for the outside sales teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Paid bi‑weekly. No cap on earnings. Advancement opportunities available within 60–90 days. Requirements Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement is preferable but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers and identify their specific needs. Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
