SOHO POP-UP | OCTOBER 1 - OCTOBER 8 | INFLUENCER-FOUNDED AUSTRALIAN MENSWEAR BRAND

Built by a menswear influencer who turned his own personal style and a genuinely massive online following into one of the fastest-rising labels out of Australia, this brand isn't just clothing, it's the real-world extension of a community that already exists online and is about to land in SoHo for the very first time. This October, we're looking for Sales Associates who want to be part of that moment as it happens live.

This isn't a background-extra retail job. You'll be on the floor of a brand's first real U.S. touchpoint, surrounded by the same energy, style, and culture that built its following in the first place, and you'll be one of the people who gets to bring it to life in person.

The Role

As a Sales Associate , you'll be on the floor every day of this week long pop-up, talking to customers, building hype in real time, and helping people connect with a brand a lot of them already follow online but have never gotten to touch, try on, or experience in person. You don't need a long resume for this, you need real style, real energy, and genuine excitement for what this brand represents.

This role is ideal for someone who's already plugged into menswear and streetwear culture, the kind of person who'd follow this brand's founder even if they didn't work here, and who wants to be in the room for a brand's first real cultural moment in the U.S.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

• Genuinely into menswear, streetwear, and influencer/creator culture, you already know who the people shaping this space are

• Magnetic energy, people are drawn to you, and you know how to turn that into a great customer experience without ever feeling forced

• Confident and comfortable being part of a high-visibility, high-energy launch moment

• Strong personal style that reflects the brand's identity

• A genuine team player who brings good energy and helps keep the whole floor feeling alive

Key Requirements

• 2 years of Retail Experience

• Genuine interest in menswear, streetwear, or influencer-driven fashion brands

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, limited-run pop-up environment

• Available for the full duration: October 1 - October 8, including evenings and weekends

• Based in or able to work on-site in SoHo, NYC for the full duration

What You'll Own

Customer Experience

• Create a high-energy experience that matches how this brand shows up online, in person, in real time

• Turn people who already follow the brand into customers who've now actually experienced it

• Bring real product knowledge and styling advice to every interaction

Sales Performance

• Own your individual sales performance across the 2-week window

• Read the floor and adjust your approach in the moment to keep energy and momentum high

Visual Merchandising & Floor Presentation

• Help keep the space looking sharp, current, and true to the brand's aesthetic all day, every day

Operations Support

• Support opening/closing and tight inventory tracking during a limited-stock run

• Pitch in wherever the team needs it, this is a small, high-intensity team, and everyone carries their weight

Success Metrics

• Strong individual sales performance across the full run

• Real energy and hype generated through your interactions on the floor

• Genuine customer connections, not just transactions
