What You’ll Be Doing Deal Support: Partner with Senior Bankers to prepare pitch materials, financial models, and relationship plans. Ensure data integrity across our CRM systems. Execution Support: Navigate the complexities of onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation and account opening, ensuring a frictionless experience for the client. Client Advocacy: Act as a tenacious problem solver, finding the path forward to keep client requests on track when obstacles arise. Skill Development: Actively learn the technical nuances of treasury management and deposit structuring to prepare for future advancement. How You’ll Succeed 1‑3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related analytical role. Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in every task. Requirements Legal eligibility to work at the specified location(s) in California. Valid work or study permit if required. Benefits & Compensation Expected salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Potential eligibility for incentive compensation and discretionary bonus component.
