What You Do

• Run dish and pot stations through service
• Keep floors, walls and equipment clean
• Pull and return china, glass and silver for events
• Support setup and breakdown

• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

What You Get

• $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience, W-2, paid biweekly by direct deposit

• A written promotion path: steward to utility lead to kitchen supervisor
• Captain School, our paid leadership program, for people who want to lead
• Resume rewrite and mock interviews for everyone on the roster
• Schedules posted ahead; we tell you what the next 30 days of hours look like before you commit
• Shifts across Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties

Who We Are

The Wilkinson Firm is a premium hospitality and event staffing employer. Every hire is a W-2 employee, not a contractor: taxes handled, workers' compensation, and a real pay stub. We train before the first shift, run a paid leadership program called Captain School, rewrite your resume, run mock interviews, and promote from inside. Our clients are hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories. Our Atlanta hiring commitment: 500 W-2 hospitality jobs across Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties, with a written promotion path for every one of them. This role is part of that commitment.
