This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) is ideally suited for professionals who excel in a school environment, bringing both clinical skill and compassion to a vibrant community of learners.

Ideal candidates are RN-certified and have demonstrated school nursing experience. Your ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a busy school setting will be key to ensuring a safe, healthy environment for students. The district is also considering direct hire for the right match.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• School nursing experience is a must-have
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with K-8 age groups preferred
• Comfortable operating independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct student care, including injury and illness assessment, first aid, medication administration, and chronic condition management
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing school health practices
• Serve as a key resource for health education, wellness initiatives, and emergency preparedness within the school
• Manage immunization records, health plans, and student medical information with confidentiality and accuracy
• Partner with school staff, families, and student support teams
