Host II - Cypress, TX

Job Summary The Host II is responsible for assisting the Sales function by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support. Primary Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office. Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep. Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests. Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates. Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms. Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed. Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website. Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community. Additional administrative projects requested by management including (but not limited to) data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies. Other duties as assigned. Required Education / Experience Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum of 1 year related functional experience (preferred). Required Skills / Knowledge Knowledge of sales organization (preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional computer skills. Basic proficiency in using computer systems. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment.
