About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Must-Have: - Experience in Labor & Delivery - Experience in Level I Nursery - Experience in Mother/Baby Unit Description: The position involves working in a Labor and Delivery setting. Nurses will provide care for neonates and adults. Candidates are required to work night shifts, including weekends based on unit needs. On-call requirements include one day every six weeks. Candidates may be required to float across the organization to meet patient care needs. The facility has a total of 15 staffed beds. Electronic charting will be used as the documentation system. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nurses will be part of an interdisciplinary support team that includes various healthcare professionals. Completion of facility-specific training and modules is required within the first week of assignment. This role supports high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
