Varies by Position, check Job Details. License in hand preferred . Otherwise traveler must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted. Each candidate can only be sent to one position at a time. Any additional submissions will be removed. We will redirect your candidate to open positions should they be declined from the need. Return Staff Policy: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as Perm (Staff or Per Diem) Local Rules: Locals accepted for radiology only . All other positions have a 100 mile radius restriction. Compliance Deadline is the Monday prior to Start References Required: 1 supervisor reference minimum is required at the time of submission. Candidates if needed will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby. Charting Exp: Epic/Excellian required for some positions. Check specific Job Details to confirm.
