Your leadership will empower our nursing staff and positively impact our community.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with department planning and manage nursing functionsParticipate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiativesComplete required administrative tasks and reportingProvide ongoing staff training, onboarding, and evaluationsSupport new admissions and maintain accurate resident recordsMonitor medication administration and conduct roundsInvestigate narcotic discrepancies and ensure secure drug storageConsult with physicians and participate in rounds as neededCollaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teamsAddress resident/family concerns and uphold dignified careDeliver direct patient care and specialized proceduresCommunicate changes in resident conditions promptlySupport infection control and safety protocolsHonor resident autonomy and participate in educational programsSupervise nursing team, including Charge Nurses, Staff Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Restorative Nursing, and Medication AidesQualificationsRequired:Registered Nursing degree or approved RN program completionActive RN license in North CarolinaPreferred:1-2 years of supervisory experienceComputer proficiency and willingness to learn electronic documentationSkills & Certifications:Effective communication, professionalism, confidentialityCurrent CPR certification (or ability to obtain)Physical & Working ConditionsAbility to push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)Prolonged standing, walking, bending, squatting, reachingSafe repositioning and transferring of individualsMobility throughout the facilityApply Today!Become part of Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab, a proud community of Lutheran Services Carolinas.
