About This Role:

We’re looking for a compassionate Pediatrician to join the Evara Health team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in our community. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive pediatric care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and work collaboratively with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team. What You'll do: 

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered pediatric care based on training, experience, and clinical needs, including well-child visits, acute illness visits, family planning, and other primary care services.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough electronic medical record documentation for patient visits, telephone encounters, hospital visits, admissions, and other clinical services.
• Complete accurate and timely billing documentation and charges.
• Coordinate patient care and make appropriate referrals for additional testing, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services.
• Support the Patient-Centered Medical Home model by managing patient utilization of services and actively participating in daily team huddles.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, Peer Review, and ongoing AAAHC readiness activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support organizational goals, contribute to annual health care plan updates, and provide high-quality care to the community.
• Maintain current Board Certification and stay up to date on clinical knowledge, best practices, and professional competencies.
• Participate in 24-hour telephone coverage and periodically supervise and educate Residents, Medical Students, and other allied health professionals.

Required Education & Experience:

• Graduation from Accredited Medical School
• Active/Clear Florida Medical License
• Board Certified
