Job Description:
AWG is urgently hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) with immediate openings. If you're passionate about making a difference and ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patients' behaviors and overall physical health
Provide direct support for daily activities and therapeutic interventions
Manage crisis situations and assist in de-escalating conflicts
Document patient progress and share updates with the healthcare team
Facilitate or assist in group and individual therapeutic activities
