Route Sales Representative - Pittsburg, PA

Location Pittsburg, PA Position Route Sales Representative Overview Wise Snacks is seeking a Route Sales Representative. The primary purpose of this role is to represent the company in the field, selling and delivering products to ensure customers receive high‑quality service, meet deadlines, and carry out timely deliveries. The overall goal is to increase sales and profits. Responsibilities Maximize the use of space to increase sales Seek and secure all opportunities for incremental sales Show the proper use of POS to drive sales Ensure stores are serviced appropriately and eliminate out of stock situations Meet all sales goals and generate new leads to solicit new business and build the organization’s client base Manage inventory and place orders Load, unload and drive the products to their appropriate destinations Service stores Grow routes to create new routes and increase service and sales Use discounts intelligently and tactically to maximize sales for customers and jobbers Set up and manage a route to reduce cost: route to market, time management, educate on good business practices Required Qualifications 2 years in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) sales experience 1 year managerial experience (e.g., merchandisers) Good numerical skills Prior supermarket sales experience Microsoft Office experience Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis Ability to get in and out of the vehicle on a regular basis Preferred Qualifications Prior food or salty snack industry experience

• 5 years customer service industry experience
• 5 years experience with supermarket channel
