Compensation

Pay Range: $37.45 - $44.95 per hour, depending on prior experience, plus an additional $2.25 per hour for night shifts.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with every other Sunday from 10 PM - 6 AM.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Maintenance of required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction within the assigned unit.
• Oversee resident care functions.
• Manage charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
• Participate in employee performance evaluations, assess staffing needs, and make recommendations regarding employee counseling.
• Engage in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• Preferred: Experience in Long-Term Care.
• Required: Technical or other training in Nursing.

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: CPR/First Aid Certification.
