Team Leadership: - Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support. - Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment. 2. Customer Service: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. - Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. 3. Sales and Target Achievement: - Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. - Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. 4.
