Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst / Accountant to prepare financial reports, analyze accounting data, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience interpreting financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Analyze financial trends, revenues, costs, and expenditures.
Generate and interpret reports using SQL .
Utilize the Payoff Quote function to support financial operations.
Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4-6 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
Experience with SQL for reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency with the Payoff Quote function.
Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting experience.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
Experience in Leasing Financial Accounting is a plus.
