Technical Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a leading global organization within the advanced electronics and interconnect solutions industry for a permanent opportunity based out of Valley Green, PA . The Technical Project Manager will oversee complex engineering-driven product initiatives while coordinating global teams to deliver high-speed connectivity solutions for major technology clients. Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle execution of technically complex product development projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables Serve as the primary coordination point between engineering teams, program leadership, and external partners for project updates and requirements Drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams to maintain project schedules and resolve technical or operational challenges Oversee project financials including budget tracking, cost reviews, and managing changes in scope to meet business objectives Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies while supporting manufacturability, capacity planning, and operational readiness Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience conducting root cause analysis Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with globally distributed teams Compensation Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000/year Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr Piper Companies
