As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and compassionate environment, providing high-quality patient care to individuals in our Newton, New Jersey location. We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to join our team on various shifts, including [insert shift options, e.g., days, evenings, nights, weekends].

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring patient progress, identifying potential complications, and adjusting care plans as needed
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities as an RN:

• Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
