We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will develop and implement age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, math, science, fine motor, and social-emotional development while fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning activities.

Create a structured classroom environment with positive behavior management practices.

Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of children at all times.

Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication and progress updates.

Observe, assess, and document children's growth and developmental milestones.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

CDA credential or state teaching certification preferred.

Experience working with pre-kindergarten children in a licensed childcare center or school setting.

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day.

Must successfully pass all required background and fingerprint checks.
