Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements: • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.
