Quality Inspector Final Inspection

Join our team in Johns Creek, GA, working for a leader in contact lens manufacturing, as a Final Inspection Specialist. You will be essential in ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards before it reaches our customers. This is a 12 hour rotating shift from 6am to 6pm

salary: $18 - $18.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Working in a laboratory environment, inspecting samples, handling, labeling and tracing. Preforming inspections for product quality using calibrated measurement equipment to verify against specifications. Complete documentation relating to the product inspection, entering data inro the electronic systems. Communicate any defect information to the Quality Assurance team for corrective actions. Ensure the inspections of material are completed per SOP’s and quality standards while meeting the production plan. 

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 30lbs
• working weekends

Skills

• Product Inspection (1 year of experience is required)
• Data Entry (1 year of experience is required)
• sample handling (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Quality Assurance (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Inspection
