Medical Benefits Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Role Our Shift Manager's have the primary responsibility of managing shifts and ensuring our team conveys the Layne’s culture to our guests while being a creative team player who likes to work hard and have fun. He/she will uphold Layne’s standards for our guests’ experience. The Shift Manager oversees our officers as they execute daily duties such as hand cutting fresh chicken tenders, hand squeezing lemons for our homemade lemonade, brewing our famous home‑brewed tea, and hand mixing our dipping sauces. Other duties include proactively managing restaurant operations in compliance with our standards and continuously training and mentoring our officers. The primary responsibility is to uphold a culture where everyone has fun while we serve our guests our chicken fingers. Qualifications Experience in managing a fast‑food concept, opening and closing shifts. High School diploma or equivalent. Effective communication skills. At least 18 years of age.
