Summary As an Assistant Store Manager at Lacoste, your role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our retail store. Position Information This role supports a Lacoste concession in Macy's Herald Square. Key Responsibilities Operational Assistance: Help oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Support: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and contribute to analyzing sales data for growth opportunities. Team Leadership: Assist in guiding, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a positive work environment. Customer Service Focus: Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer queries and issues with professionalism. Inventory Oversight: Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing.
