About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive, high-quality primary care to patients of all ages in Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidate has a background in primary care or family medicine and is committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients across the lifespan.

• Perform health assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable guidelines.

• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness counseling, and patient education.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

• Background in primary care or family medicine.

• Current, valid, unrestricted Colorado license as an NP or PA, as applicable.

• Valid DEA registration.

• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 + Bonuses
