Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Long‑and Short‑Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Life insurance Critical Illness Hospital Indemnity Accident Insurance Paid vacation for full‑time employees Employee discount on cars, parts, and service Drug free Work Environment Saturday lunches are provided Responsibilities Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts, and vendors Coordinate any last‑minute pick‑up or deliveries Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick‑up Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery Requests recipient’s signature on each delivery entry Unloads truck each night Turns in all paperwork and money to cashier Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department Notifies the receiving specialist of any parts that are received damaged or core missing from any type of order Assists in the Parts Department when not out on deliveries Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic One to two years related experience and/or training Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment Disclaimer The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification.
