Job Title: Forklift Operator / General Laborer

Job Description

This role is primarily focused on forklift operation in support of a large commercial construction project. You'll be responsible for moving, staging, and delivering materials throughout the site while assisting with general labor duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the job site.
• Load, unload, and stage construction materials.
• Deliver materials to crews and designated work areas.
• Assist with site cleanup and general labor tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Follow all OSHA and job site safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift experience required.
• Previous construction, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to perform general labor duties and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance.

Work Environment

Work is performed on an active commercial construction site, both indoors and outdoors. Expect a mix of forklift operation, material handling, and general labor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Oshkosh,WI.
