Retail Sales Representative – Entry Level
Full-Time | Paid Training | Phoenix, AZ
Rogue Enterprises is growing, and we're looking for competitive, motivated people who are ready to kick-start a career in sales and marketing.

What You'll Do:
- Represent our client brands inside major retail locations
- Talk with customers face-to-face about products, services, and current promotions
- Build genuine relationships while providing a great customer experience
- Learn proven sales and communication techniques through hands-on training
- Work toward individual and team goals in a supportive, high-energy environment
- Continue developing professionally through ongoing coaching and mentorship

- Someone who enjoys competition and is motivated to succeed
- A positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Someone who enjoys working with others and contributing to a team
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is helpful, but not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
