Job Description
Provides professional legal immigration assistance and social services to immigrants in compliance with Agency policy and procedures, the requirements of the State of North Carolina and Immigration Laws of the United States. The primary role (after obtaining DOJ Accreditation within a year) will be to advise and represent (primarily Spanish speaking) immigrants in naturalization, adjustment of status, parole, temporary protected status, family immigration petitions, fiancé(e) petitions, attend USCIS interviews, and immigration document renewals.
