Active Nebraska Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Ability to meet client performance expectations; assignments may be terminated for failing to meet facility standards.
