STARCOM Multi-Media Specialist

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Multi-Media Specialist for the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) w ith over six (6) years of adult curriculum development experience (or a lower degree plus experience).
Position Summary
The Multi-Media Specialist designs, develops, produces, and deploys multimedia products used throughout the CGC curriculum. Partners with the ISD Specialist and Government personnel to translate learning content into engaging, accessible media integrated into the Government-provided LMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, video, special effects, and sound design supporting course modules.
- Build and package multimedia assets in SCORM-compliant formats for full functionality within the Government LMS.
- Ensure all digital media is Section 508 compliant (Rehabilitation Act of 1973).
- Research and recommend current tools and technologies to enhance design and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia or a related field, ora combination of lower degree and related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years with creative design software (Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, or similar) building animation, motion graphics, video, and sound.
- Knowledge of instructional design, eLearning authoring tools, and delivery methodologies.
Personnel must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a favorable National Agency Check (minimum) and a DoD CAC / Tier 1 (NACI) as needed.
- Must be able to pass government background investigation.
