Position: Project/Program Manager III Location: Culver City, CA 90232 Duration: 7 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Hybrid Job Description: Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Purpose of the Team and key projects: Managing research studies, consumer insight experience within research field. Internal surveys, working on focus groups or desk research. Pre-release surveys Post launch surveys Compiling info from surveys for show writers and directors. Managing a certain number of studies for each title Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills: Ability to write research report based on data Owning end to end research study mechanism Ability to triangulate data and come up with recommendation Nice to haves: Experience with network network/television research Familiarity aqualtrics Leadership Principles: Deliver results Dive deep Customer obsession Years of Experience: 3-6 years Disqualifies: More of a junior role. Not looking for over qualified candidates with 10+ years' experience. Degree/ Certification Requirements: BA in management or communications field or Analytics/Statistics.
