Registered Nurse – Operating RoomFull-time, 5 days a week, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM with weekend, call, and late requirements.Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekCurrent and active RN license in OhioBLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsAt least 3 years of RN experience in the Operating RoomTravel experience requiredCompletion of ~70 Net Learning modules and passing an ECG/Medication exam with a score of 80% or higher within one week of acceptance.Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients in accordance with established standards.Develop and implement a collaborative plan of care based on assessment data, with clear communication to all involved disciplines.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan, making modifications as necessary based on patient reassessment.Complete all required documentation according to established standards, utilizing appropriate tools.Implement individualized education plans based on the readiness of patients and significant others to learn.Lead department initiatives, providing in-service opportunities and serving as a point of contact for committee activities.Must be able to arrive at the facility within 30 minutes if called in for an emergency shift.Facility reserves the right to cancel up to one 12-hour shift per two-week pay period.City: Middleburg HeightsState: OHTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
