What You’ll Be Doing As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key player in creating a smooth, successful, and welcoming experience for both guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing food preparation and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Delivering top-tier customer service and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Managing inventory, estimating food and beverage costs, and coordinating supply orders. Conducting regular inspections to ensure equipment and operations run efficiently. Maintaining accurate sales records, tracking receipts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role and brings: Proven experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A solid understanding of restaurant financials and operations. The ability to lead with confidence in a fast-paced setting.
