PRN Physical Therapist (PT) | $50/Hour | Flexible Schedule

Looking for flexible PRN work that fits your schedule? Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring Physical Therapists to support skilled nursing facilities throughout Chicagoland.

Active Illinois PT license

SNF experience preferred, but not required

Net Health experience is a plus
