Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a school psychologist in a collaborative, contract position covering a maternity leave until November 2nd. In this full-time role, you’ll engage with K-5 students, faculty, and families to help provide a positive educational environment and promote student success. Enjoy the balance of hybrid work—three flexible remote days and two days on-site focused on evaluations—while making a meaningful difference each week.

Key qualifications and experience sought:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience working with elementary-aged students in grades K-5
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Experience supporting IEPs, RTI/MTSS processes, and student services preferred

Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for K-5 students, both virtually and on-site as required
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor IEPs and educational plans
• Providing counseling and guidance services to students as needed
• Consulting with teachers and staff on academic and behavioral interventions
• Supporting crisis intervention efforts and student well-being initiatives
• Maintaining thorough documentation and upholding confidentiality
• Adhering to the ethical standards and practices of school psychology
