We need a Recruiter who likes the phone, moves fast, and gets satisfaction from putting people to work.What you'll doReach out to candidates in our database and on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boardsScreen candidates and match them to open rolesOnboard new hires from offer through first day: paperwork, compliance, and start-date follow-upKeep our ATS and candidate records accurate and up to dateHandle day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the desk runningWhat we're looking for1+ year in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another high-volume, people-facing roleComfortable making a high number of calls and messages dailyOrganized and detail-oriented with paperwork and data entryClear, professional communicator by phone, text, and emailBenefitsHealth benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time offThe honest part: this is a high-volume desk.
