Position Overview At Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our guests by supporting our culinary team. You will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with clean dishes and smallwares, and maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. You will also be responsible for trash disposal, linen bag removal, monitoring the performance of the dish machine, and ensuring washed items meet the required rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state. Responsibilities Support the culinary team in creating memorable guest experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes and smallwares are available and clean. Comply with industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Handle trash disposal and linen bag removal.
